This is a Mid Century Modern “Googie” Style Shed Roof Home. It is designed around a series of 14×14 modular rooms.
The home has a rock facade on one side of it and corrugated metal siding on the other.
This drawing shows the walls that have rock and the ones that are finished in metal – PLUS there is a screened in porch on the south side of the first floor AND the west and south sides of the 2nd floor.
The style is very open plan with concrete floors and open soaring ceilings. (NOTE the roof is a complete shed roof – unlike the 3D drawings shown).
THIS IS THE LIST OF DRAWINGS:
Floor plans: home’s exterior footprint, openings and interior room dimensions, built-ins, niches and appliances, doors, windows (I will supply a list) and square footage.
