This is a Mid Century Modern “Googie” Style Shed Roof Home. It is designed around a series of 14×14 modular rooms.
2352 square feet of “finished space.”
The home has a rock facade on one side of it and corrugated metal siding on the other.
There is a screened in porch on the south side of the first floor AND the west and south sides of the 2nd floor.
The style is very open plan with concrete floors and open soaring ceilings.

2nd floor notes
The second floor of house has a large EXTERIOR patio OVER enclosed living space below. From the drawing it may appear to look like vast amounts of glass. No. These are floor to ceiling SCREENS.
Set further back from these screens is the actual conditioned living space. the actual glass- windows are off the shelf sliders and standard 3×3 windows installed as clerestory ‘casement windows’ on the second floor (Loft – Master Bedroom – Guest Suite).

The front half of the house requires additional “rock slab” for where the exterior will have rock facade treatment.

- The back side of the house and top floor have floor-to-ceiling screened in porches. The floorplanner software I used does not have a screen function, so they look like windows.
- Please also note, we would like wide roof overhangs to provide shade for the summer. Currently the plans show 4′ overhangs, but open to other size as advised.
